Without Jesus

Without Jesus, man is simply going through the motions, like a hamster running on wheel continuously

Work, buy, consume, conform

Numbness, distraction, fear

Rinse and repeat til’ death

Solomon spoke about this

“I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity…” (Ecc. 1:14)

Solomon tried all things, and found all things vanity. The more he saw of the works done under the sun, the more he saw their vanity; and their sight often vexed his spirit

This isn’t to say life itself is vanity, but it is to say life lacks fulfillment and has no genuine purpose apart from the Lord. Without Jesus, we are simply running in a dark, lonely, and meaningless loop until we return to the dust…

Only the Lord can provide us with true freedom from the bonds of this world. His Spirit fills us with peace and gives us newfound purpose: to serve Him, to point others to the cross, and to help others find their way home. Praise God
