The Post Office with Paula Vennells as their CEO who left their employ in February 2019.
On 7th February 2019 she began her new role as a non-executive board member for the UK government's Digital Cabinet Office having had her last interview on 10.10.18 to become Chair of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (announcement date also in February 🤔) with a commencement date of 1st April, 2019 to 31st March 2023. Remuneration of £60000 per year for approx. a 2 day week.


So let's stop here for a minute. Ms Vennells grew up in the north west of England and went to the University of Bradford to study French, Russian and Economics.
Venells worked at the Post office for 12 years, 9 of which as their Chief Executive with responsibilities:

She was being interviewed in October 2018 (the original advert promised £40k but more for the best candidate reulting in £60k for a 2 day week) whilst still employed as CEO at the Post Office, leaving in February 2019 (exact date unspecified) becoming a non-executive board member of Digital Cabinet Office and in the SAME month it was OFFICIALLY released that she would be chair of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust 😀 😉 😄 🙄 😳.
