The Pirbright Institute, CV Patent dated 23/7/15, Clade X Simulation and Current state of Play
On 15th November, 1895,Henry De Worms (1840-1903) was appointed to be 1st Baron Pirbright, a Rothschild, of Pirbright, County of Surrey (UK)—the current site of The Pirbright Institute and Cobbett Hill Earthstation teleport. Henry De Worms was born in London to Solomon De Worms, a baron of Austria, and his wife Henrietta. His paternal grandfather had come from Frankfurt and his grandmother was Nathan Mayer Rothschild’s sister. Henry was educated at King’s College, London. He was called to the bar in 1863 but left soon after to work in his father’s tea business. In 1867 De Worms stood as the first Jewish Conservative candidate, competing for the seat at Sandwich. He was unsuccessful but in 1880, he was elected MP for Greenwich and five years later won the seat at East Toxteth, Liverpool. He had a successful career, serving as Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade. De Worms served as President of the Anglo-Jewish Association, but resigned in 1886 after his daughter married out of the faith. He was appointed as a member of the Privy Council on 2nd January, 1889 and served as MP for East Toxteth to 1891, then as Undersecretary for the Colonies from 1888–92. He was the first professing Jew to hold ministerial office in a Tory government, and was created 1st Baron Pirbright in 1895. Around that time, Lord Pirbright inherited a substantial sum in those days—about £350,000—as residuary legatee of his mother Henrietta Samuel's estate. He used these funds to fund great mischief, including purchasing the land in the greater Pirbright area on land that today houses MOD (Ministry of Defense) facilities associated with British Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA), including The Pirbright Institute, essentially controlled by the Wellcome Trust and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation—two key funders of the Pirbright Institute along with U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and Cobbett Hill Earthstation, that are both adjacent to the Army Training Centre.

Eric Toner, MD, is the exercise team lead, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health Security and the designer of the Clade X simulation, was reported in the Daily Express 6 weeks later as saying that 900million or nearly 10 percent of people on the planet could be killed.
The Clade X model simulates an outbreak of a moderately transmissible pathogen in a fully susceptible population. The model is intended to be a realistic representation of how a novel infectious disease could become a pandemic in the absence of adequate control measures.
Clade X is supported by funding from the Open Philanthropy Project.

Inventors include Erica Bickerton and I found her details on LinkedIn. Her penultimate posting May 2019 was about Pirbright scientists being able to identify mutation hotspots that may inform infectious bronchitis vaccine development. Scientists at The Pirbright Institute have shown that infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) vaccines produced in eggs have unpredictable mutations which may be prone to reversion in the field. IBV causes a poultry disease which results in large economic losses across the globe. So what you say? Well, Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) is a highly infectious avian pathogen which affects the respiratory tract, gut, kidney and reproductive systems. It belongs to the Coronavirus family, genus Gammacoronavirus which has a single
stranded RNA genome, surrounded by a nucleocapsid and envelope. IBV causes infectious bronchitis, targeting the respiratory and uro-genital tract. IBV mainly causes respiratory disease in the infected birds but also lowers egg production, and can cause kidney damage. Posted: 15 May, 2019

DARPA one of the trustees of Pirbright Institute recently spent millions on research involving bats and coronaviruses, as well as gene editing “bioweapons” prior to the recent coronavirus outbreak. Now, “strategic allies” of the agency have been chosen to develop a genetic material-based vaccine to halt the potential epidemic.
While many of these theories are clearly speculative, there is also verifiable evidence regarding the recent interest of one controversial U.S. government agency in novel coronaviruses, specifically those transmitted from bats to humans. That agency, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far.
While it remains entirely unknown as to what caused the outbreak, the details of DARPA’s and the Pentagon’s recent experimentation are clearly in the public interest, especially considering that the very companies recently chosen to develop a vaccine to combat the coronavirus outbreak are themselves strategic allies of DARPA. Not only that, but these DARPA-backed companies are developing controversial DNA and mRNA vaccines for this particular coronavirus strain, a category of vaccine that has never previously been approved for human use in the United States.
Yet, as fears of the pandemic potential of coronavirus grow, these vaccines are set to be rushed to market for public use, making it important for the public to be aware of DARPA’s recent experiments on coronaviruses, bats and gene editing technologies and their broader implications.

On Friday, Donald Trump announced his appointment of Moncef Slaoui, a former executive with vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline, to lead “Operation Warp Speed”, Trump’s plan to fast track the development of vaccines for COVID-19. Slaoui will serve in a volunteer position, assisted by Army Gen. Gustave Perna, the commander of United States Army Materiel Command.
According to the Trump administration, Operation Warp Speed program is focusing on four vaccines, with the hopes of testing and producing 100 million doses by October 2020, 200 million by December, and 300 million doses by January. At Friday’s press conference, Slaoui said he believes the goal of vaccines by January 2021 is a “credible goal”. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper was more adamant, stating that, “winning matters and we will deliver, by the end of this year, a vaccine”.
Operation Warp Speed and the calls for public-private partnerships mimic the National Institutes of Health’s recent call for bringing together pharmaceutical companies to develop a vaccine for COVID-19.
The NIH plan, Accelerating COVID-19 Therapeutic Interventions and Vaccines (ACTIV) partnership, emphasizes “a collaborative framework for prioritizing vaccine and drug candidates, streamlining clinical trials, coordinating regulatory processes and/or leveraging assets among all partners to rapidly respond to the COVID-19 and future pandemics.”
The appointment of Slaoui follows previous statements regarding Trump’s desire to have vaccines available to Americans by the fall. “I think we’re going to have a vaccine by the end of the year, and I think distribution will take place almost simultaneously because we’ve geared up the military,” Trump said Thursday afternoon. Trump also told the Fox Business Network that because of the “massive job to give this vaccine” the military is now being mobilized. “We’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly,” Trump concluded.
At Friday’s press conference Trump said his team has been working 24 hours a day to develop treatments for COVID-19. Despite the heavy focus on vaccines, Trump did state that his administration is working on other treatments, including “therapeutics”. “It’s not solely vaccine based, other things have never had a vaccine and they go away. I don’t people to think this is all dependent on a vaccine, but it would be tremendous,” Trump stated.
However, the appointment of Dr. Slaoui is an indication that the Trump administration approves of the former executive’s efforts to develop vaccines and his partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

BRUSSELS — When members of the European Parliament sat down this month to read the first publicly available contract for purchasing coronavirus vaccines, they noticed something missing. Actually, a lot missing.
The price per dose? Redacted. The rollout schedule? Redacted. The amount of money being paid up front? Redacted.
And that contract, between the German pharmaceutical company CureVac and the European Union, is considered one of the world’s most transparent.
Governments have poured billions of dollars into helping drug companies develop vaccines and are spending billions more to buy doses. But the details of those deals largely remain secret, with governments and public health organizations acquiescing to drug company demands for secrecy.
Just weeks into the vaccination campaign, that secrecy is already making accountability difficult. The drug companies Pfizer and AstraZeneca recently announced that they would miss their European delivery targets, causing widespread concern as dangerous virus variants spread. But the terms of their contracts remain closely guarded secrets, making it difficult to question company or government officials about either blame or recourse.
So my news is the reason that WestRock Company based in Atlanta on 26th January 2021 made the following announcement:

Well I’m speaking now and what has happened is that hackers have been able to stop the production of the packaging for the vax. Ha ha. God works in mysterious ways doesn’t he? I wonder what’s happening to all the drugs being produced – are they being stored properly in the meantime?!!

Now some of you may have heard of the deaths at the Pemberley House Care Home this week. Well Pemberley made an announcement on 7th January 2021 that they were very excited about the Covid 19 vaccine was being rolled out in Avery care homes across the country which will hopefully lend itself to getting some way back to a normal way of living. According to them, they had begun their Pfizer BionTech vaccine rollout the week of 18th December.
My sincerest condolences to all the families involved. Pemberley House Care Home in Basingstoke was taken over by Avery Healthcare in the spring of 2017. They do have younger adults there.

Surplus doses of the vaccine are being given to healthy young people, with GPs in some areas of the country ‘running out’ of eligible people to vaccinate. Well I guess if the packaging isn’t there that’ll soon stop!!
Finally, The Spectator announced yesterday evening that a new vaccine developed by Novavax has reported 89.3% efficacy in large-scale trials. The jab is the first proven to work against the Kent strain of the virus. The UK bought 60 million doses of the jab, to be manufactured in north-east England. Ooh – wouldn’t a Kent strain possibly place the source bordering the Channel Tunnel i.e. people coming into the country? Yet, Kent isn’t a million miles away from Surrey. A quick hop along the M25.
