Not aware that any legislation mentions men or women, the term is always "person", the legal fiction created by the birth certificate. So, as long as people don't take their birth certificate out for a walk or let it have social contact or go to any meetings, then no rules, regulations or legislation have been contravened.
If the legislation applied to the living it would state as much.
The living man or woman is the beneficiary of the birth certificate trust and is not and never was the trustee.
After all, no man is above another.
