440,000 - 450,000 Health and Care Workers visas (dependents included) have been issued to fill an initial 19000 vacancies? Why didn't anybody blow the whistle on this obvious scam? WHERE WERE ALL THESE JOBS COMING FROM? I recall interviewing a newly qualified Welsh nurse during this period and she had struggled to find vacancies in her locality.

Now the devil is always in the detail. This Visa system came to an end in July 2025. 🙃

According to an NHS employers website, the salary threshold for most Health and Care Visa holders is £25,000.

This particular system is worthy of scrutiny and the following from Cicero springs to mind:

Treason from within. You may be aware that this particular Visa system is wrong on so many levels including the government artificially creating unnecessary bulk vacancies in 2021 as some possible justification for establishing the system initially. This system has now quietly and conveniently been withdrawn July 2025.

Who has been holding the government's feet to the fire? NOBODY.

Government actuaries are employed to calculate shortfalls in revenue/ taxes which are being required to pay 'promised state benefits' for example like the state pension age. A person entering on £25,000 per year will pay £3,500. If they have 2 children at school the cost of the children's state education far exceeds £3,500 alone. This is one example why systems such as this should be scrutinised. I was watching a video the other day and a lady was saying that the state Pension could only hold out for 12 more years. Ah, there was optimism indeed. Another question to be asked is on the housing front. If 450,000 people (including dependents) have been granted Visas in Healthcare alone, where and how are they all being housed? The UK government requires them to have minimal savings so how is all this working in practice?

Whilst Keir Starmer is taking the flack for the migrant situation exacerbated by the Tories in 2018 via treaties signed they signed under Theresa May's leadership before we 'left the EU' in blatant breach of Brexit's intentions including the control of our borders, we can clearly see that it was the Johnson government which introduced a variety of Visas clearly are aimed at the destruction of Britain and its people.

Before I leave this topic, as an aside and not necessarily connected with the healthcare sector, people might like to be made aware of (another) issue relating to diversity which is included in one of the United Nations' Sustainability Goals. Some may have come across a 'charity' called Common Purpose which has been exposed*** on more than one occasion as being used as a trojan horse to 'infiltrate' local councils for example. The Queen was a figurehead up until her death and the headquarters of the not so charitable charity was in the basement of No. 10 Downing Street. Well, the Queen was the figurehead of both the Commonwealth AND Common Purpose. Common Purpose funded courses as follows:

Ever wondered where a new generation of Commonwealth 'leaders' had 'just appeared from' living in the UK? Corporations were actively funding their admission, for sure, according to evidence gleaned from the Internet.
