All the world's a stage” is a line from William Shakespeare's play As You Like It. It is the beginning of a speech called the “Seven Ages of Man”. The speech is spoken by the character Jaques in Act II, Scene VII.
Explanation
In the speech, Jaques tells the audience that life is like a stage, and that people are like actors who have their entrances and exits. He goes on to describe the seven ages of a man, from infancy to old age.

It's clear that the vast majority of people simply cannot grasp the practical reality that everyone in "the public eye" is there to deceive; but it’s because most are viewing these things through political lenses instead of Biblical lenses…
