Balfour - Blavetsky - British Intelligence

1869 – Francis Galton authors a book in Britain – Hereditary Genius.

Galton believed that intelligence, personality and abilities were traits inherited from parents. Absolutely wrong!

Eugenics was a British idea that you can improve the human race by selective breeding. They treat humans like they are horses or dogs, and you can breed in good traits or breed out bad traits. That is a false idea but that is what they said.

Genes are found in the nucleus of a cell. They determine physical traits passed from parents to child.

Superior people = those with good hereditary traits Inferior people = those with poor hereditary traits

Positive eugenics – encourage procreation by the superior people Negative eugenics – prevent procreation by the inferior people

Negative eugenics included involuntary sterilization and killing of people with “inferior genes”

1870 – Helena Blavatsky was a member of a Brothers of Light sect in London – the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor.

1871 – Stephen Pearl Andrews was a leader in the religious movement called Spiritualism. Andrews wrote a book wherein he states that Scientology will vindicate Spiritualist realities, and would be developed in the spirit of the Exact Sciences. Scientology was to be a scientific investigation into all mental and spiritual phenomena. 14

Scientology was immediately taken up by the Cecil family in Britain.

1871 – Arthur Balfour and his in-laws form a private group to study paranormal phenomena. The private group consists of members of the Cecil family – Arthur Balfour, Lord Rayleigh, Henry Sidgwick, Edmund Gurney, Eleanor Balfour, Evelyn Balfour, Stanton Moses, Walter Leaf. This is the earliest beginnings of what would become the Society for Psychical Research.

December 1872 – Helena Blavatsky wrote a letter to the Director of the Third Section [Russian Intelligence], offering her services as an intelligence agent. (Russian intelligence documents made public in 1993)

Blavatsky set forth her qualifications as an agent to “Your Excellency and my native land,” with this candid explanation: “Hundreds of people believed and will undoubtedly believe in spirits. But I… must confess that three-quarters of the time the spirits spoke and answered in my words and out of my considerations, for the success of my own plans. Rarely, very rarely, did I fail by means of this little trap, to discover people’s hopes, plans, and secrets. I have played every role, I am able to represent myself as any person you may wish.” 11

1873 – Felix Adler gave an address to the Temple Emanu-El members in New York City. His vision was for a religion for the modern world – it came to be called Humanism. Humanism advocates World Government.

1875 – September – Helena Blavatsky founds the Theosophy Society in New York City. Theosophy Society is a Brothers of Light sect. It promotes having a World Government. Blavatsky was a dual covert intelligence agent for Russian and British intelligence.

1876 – May 15 – Felix Adler founded the New York Society for Ethical Culture. It was the vehicle to bring about the religion for the modern world, that became humanism.

In some of the stated Aims of the New York Society for Ethical Culture you can see how this aligned with what was happening in Britain first.

See how closely it aligns with what Holyoake and pals were doing in Britain beforehand?

1877 – Kenneth Mackenzie authored the Royal Masonic Cyclopaedia. Blavatsky believed much of that information and through her own writing acted as a channel for its dissemination. Her monthly magazine was called Lucifer.

1878 – June 27 – British Theosophical Society formed.

1879 – January – Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott visit the British Theosophical Society.

Helena Blavatsky and her Theosophy Society helped spawn the New Age religion.

1880 – three British agents, Fred Gould, George Holyoake and Charles Watts Jr. – all wrote propaganda pamphlets created for the little people. They especially targeted Christians – the Catholic Church.

1880 – Charles Bradlaugh founded the World Union of Freethinkers. It combined the previous National Secular Society and Charles Watts’ Rationalist Press Committee.

These “Rationalists” and “Freethinkers” rejected all religion, and a Freethinker was defined as –

“one who rejects unverifiable authority in matters of religious opinion, accepts reason as the ultimate test and regards it as the right and duty of every individual to think things out for himself.”

1880 – Psychiatrist Josef Breuer discovers catharsis therapy. It is the reliving of past traumatic incidents buried in the subconscious. Breuer teaches this method of mental therapy to Sigmund Freud. This is the exact same therapy that would be used in Dianetics and Scientology.

1881 – Stanton Coit becomes Felix Adler’s right-hand man at the New York Society for Ethical Culture.

On 20 February 1882 Arthur Balfour founded the Society for Psychical Research in London. They do scientific research into all mental and spiritual phenomena. They also conducted research into catharsis therapy – the reliving of past traumatic incidents buried in the subconscious. Sigmund Freud was a member of the SPR.

They developed the subjects of Dianetics and Scientology. These people are the initial Scientologists. 15

This later became another religious front group that promotes having World Government – the Church of Scientology.

The SPR is one place where the relationship is seen between various slavemaster groups. The SPR shows their ties together, and each group was engaged in “social engineering”.

Some noteworthy SPR members:

• Arthur Balfour, member of the Cecil Bloc and the Round Table

• George Wyld, President of the British Theosophy Society

• Frank Podmore, member of the Fabian Society

• Sigmund Freud, member of the Independent Order B’nai B’rith (Freemasons)

• Henri Bergson, his sister Mina Bergson was in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn

1882 – The Oahspe is published in London and New York. It is a Brothers of Light bible that says numerous evil demons inhabit a human body and cause all of man’s woes. The Oahspe is part of the materials collected by the Society for Psychical Research and used in the formulation of Scientology.

1885 – Stanton Coit spends three months at Toynbee Hall getting special education on the current British propaganda plans. That was his job, a propaganda man for the British New World Order. He then returns to New York City where he works as the right-hand man to Felix Adler at the New York Society for Ethical Culture.

1888 – Stanton Coit was brought back to Britain where he created the British Ethical Culture Society in London.

1888 – The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was founded by three Rosicrucians. All three were also Freemasons. They were Samuel MacGregor Mathers, William Robert Woodman, and William Wynn Westcott. William Westcott was also a member of the Theosophical Society.

Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn is another Brothers of Light sect that says God is Light.

We now have three religious groups tied in with the British slavemasters:

• Freemasons

• Theosophy

• Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn

These religious sects say their god is Lucifer – the God of Light and Wisdom.

We also have humanism, Scientology and New Age tied in with the British slavemasters.

Atheists are tied in with the British slavemasters, some socialists-communists and humanists are atheists.

1891 – Cecil Rhodes founds a secret society to bring the entire world under British rule. It is called the Round Table. Arthur Balfour was a member of the Round Table. Alfred Milner married into the Cecil family and he headed the secret society. This is the primary front group for bringing the entire world under rule by the British nobility.

International bankers such as the Rothschilds and Rockefellers joined the Round Table.

They gave a name to their plan – they call it the New World Order, also the New Age.

American psychiatrist Harry Sullivan strongly advocated world citizenship in a World Government. He was an agent for the British New World Order.

Quoting Sullivan –

I think that the peoples of the world would be less hesitant to become subjects of a world government eternally vigilant to maintain overwhelming destructive force, ready instantly to use every sanction and to destroy any who would again provoke war, if …it were certain that this mighty garrison state which would exercise sovereignty over every person in the world was to be but a temporary precaution to protect the helpless while men of good will would be working out a fully civilized way of life for the peoples of the earth.

Definition of Garrison State –

A centralized state dominated by military rather than by civilian personnel and policies, especially one whose military preparations threaten to convert it into a totalitarian state. A permanent military installation, a police state.

They are revealing the British slavemaster idea of what their world government is to be.

The British slavemaster plan is a Police State exercising sovereignty over every person in the world.
