There is prima facie evidence that you are guilty of egregious conduct, maladministration and abuse of power regarding the Grenfell Tower Fire Public Inquiry. The Public Inquiry into the Grenfell Fire has been operating in a legal void in phase one and it would automatically follow that phase two will also be operating in a legal void. This has been the direct result of the London Fire Brigade's failure to produce and publish an Interim Fire Report.
You know or should know the IFR is a paramount prerequisite prior to the Public Inquiry. Ditto for the Met Police Criminal Inquiry.
You hold sole primacy for the Grenfell Fire Public Inquiry and you failed to ensure transparency, accountability and security.
